  1. Establish methods for efficient delivery of antisense oligonucleotide into T cells. Observe the effects on T cell activities when specific gene products are perturbed after transcription.
  2. Establish living T cell library with gene trapping vector. Study the real-time regulation of gene expression and function of known and unknown genes.
